"Location is excellent. Walkable to lots of restaurants, shops and Bellarmine University. Easy drive to bourbon tours. Off street parking was nice. Because it is off the Main Street, it can be noisy but the air conditioner muffled the noise so not an issue. Lots of stairs to the living and bedroom are so if stairs are an issue for you this would not be the place. Also likely not good for small kids as the top of the stairs case is wide open right as you come out of the bedrooms. The main bath off the kitchen was beautiful and spacious. The en-suite was tight with a smaller toilet and sink. No frills in the unit, but the location is unbeatable."
