The HOA requires guest registration and amenity fees for all stays. We handle the registration for you and will send a payment request through Airbnb 3 days prior to arrival. A receipt is always provided. Mandatory HOA Fees In-Season (Memorial Day – Labor Day): • $8.50 per person (age 6+) per night • $20 per vehicle • $20 admin fee Off-Season (Labor Day – Memorial Day): • $2.00 per person (age 6+) per night • $20 per vehicle • $20 admin fee • One-time community transaction fee: $35 These fees grant access to all community amenities. ⚠️ Important Registration Policies • Registration must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival (no exceptions) • Guest list changes must be made 24+ hours before check-in • Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the entire stay Guests are responsible for any HOA fines issued during their stay.
