August 2025 5.00The property was perfect for our family. We found it very nicely decorated and clean, well equipped for cooking in the kitchen or outside on the grill. The location was great, we enjoyed being close to the lake perfect for fishing and kayaking. The Labor Day picnic on the beach was nice the neighbors are so friendly. Great Weekend! Thank You Jackie

August 2025 3.00We had a nice stay overall, but there were some issues. Will look elsewhere next time. Strong points: - Lovely lake and beach in a very nice and super friendly community - House is walking distance from the beach and right across the street from the boat launch - House was very clean, pretty much spotless Issues: - Strong smoke/soot smell on main floor; strongest by fireplace but noticeable everywhere. - Signs posted in 2 bathrooms that said not to throw any paper -- including toilet paper! -- in the toilets. Host told us to ignore them, he didn’t know why they were there. - Host gave us wrong door code; fixed quickly, but annoying on arrival, esp with limited cell service. - Basement rooms are very damp, even with dehumidifier running. - Sign by front door offers discount on next stay in exchange for 5-star review. - House was very clean with new appliances, but suffers from a sloppy reno job. Nothing that shows in photos, but lots of ugly trim, aging bathroom floors, etc.

January 2025 4.00Overall very nice staying. But didnt have a access to hot tub due to electrical issues. First floor have a loud heating boiler noise, if property mgment can take a look. Other than that its was fun for my family to stay two night with with less than 10min drive to big bloulder mtn.

November 2024 4.00Beautiful home in a great location! Lots of space and short walk to the lake. Enjoyed having access to kayaks/pedal boat, my kids really enjoyed it! I do wish there were more kitchen utensils. I will say the radiator in the garage is right below the master bedroom and woke me several times at night when the heat would kick on. Otherwise, it was a beautiful place to stay.

October 2024 5.0010/10 would recommend staying here; perfect whether in the dog days of the summer or when it’s chilly out in the winter. Plenty of amenities and things to do in the Airbnb and a great home base, while visiting Pennsylvania!
